The 7-Day SaaS Activation Sprint: Uncover Hidden Revenue in a Week
The 7-Day SaaS Activation Sprint: Find and Fix Hidden Revenue Leaks in a Week
Introduction
Every SaaS founder I talk to has the same challenge: activation leaks.
You’ve done the hard work—built the product, attracted users, even driven sign-ups. But somewhere between sign-up and stickiness, users fall off. They never hit that “aha moment.” They never convert to paid. And the result? Millions in potential revenue left on the table.
I created the 7-Day SaaS Activation Sprint to solve that exact problem.
In just one week, I’ll dive into your onboarding journey—step by step—to uncover exactly where users are dropping off and why. You’ll walk away with a clear, quantified view of your activation funnel, plus a roadmap of changes you can implement immediately to start improving retention and revenue.
This sprint is part of my Founding Case Study Program, which means I’m offering it for free to a handful of early SaaS partners (just 1–3 spots available). In return, I get to showcase real results and build relationships with forward-thinking founders.
If you’re ready to see exactly how much hidden growth your onboarding is costing you, this sprint was built for you.
If you want to skip ahead and apply for the founding case study program, you can book a call with me here.

Day 7 – Strategy Call & Roadmap

Who This Sprint Is For (and Who It’s Not For)
What's Covered In The 7 Day SaaS Activation Sprint:
This sprint isn’t about theory—it’s about running a focused, diagnostic teardown of your onboarding journey so you know exactly where you’re losing users and what to do about it.
Here’s how the week breaks down:
Day 1 – Kickoff & Onboarding Audit Setup
Your role: Share access to your onboarding funnel (sign-up flow, trial, demo environment, or recordings). A short kickoff call to align on goals and context.
My role: Map your onboarding journey end-to-end, noting every touchpoint a new user experiences.
✅ By the end of Day 1, we’ll have a shared picture of your funnel and where to focus.
Day 2 – Pre-Sign Up Funnel Analysis
Your role: Provide current assets—landing pages, ads, or website flows that feed into sign-up.
My role: Analyze messaging, CTAs, and overall user path to sign-up. Identify where friction or drop-offs start before someone even enters your product.
✅ You’ll see how your marketing funnel sets the stage for activation (or fails to).
Day 3 – Sign-Up Flow Audit
Your role: Nothing extra—just allow access or walkthrough.
My role: Break down the sign-up process step by step. I’ll evaluate form fields, time to complete, cognitive load, and common friction points.
✅ You’ll know exactly how much friction your sign-up process creates and what to streamline.
Day 4 – First-Time User Experience (FTUE)
Your role: Provide a test account or trial environment.
My role: Review your product’s onboarding sequence—welcome messages, guided tours, empty states, activation triggers. Score it against best practices.
✅ You’ll see whether new users are being guided to that all-important “aha moment” or left wandering.
Day 5 – Conversion Pathways
Your role: Share trial-to-paid flows, upgrade prompts, or sales-assisted touchpoints.
My role: Audit the transition from free → paid. Identify where urgency is lost, upsells are ignored, or hand-offs break.
✅ You’ll understand exactly why free users fail to become paying customers.
Day 6 – Scoring & Gap Report
Your role: No input required here.
My role: Compile everything into a scoring framework (similar to my public teardowns). Pinpoint the highest-priority gaps with revenue impact estimates.
✅ You’ll get a clear, structured report showing where leaks exist and what fixing them could mean in $$$ terms.
Day 7 – Strategy Call & Roadmap
Your role: Join a 30–45 min strategy call.
My role: Walk you through the findings, answer questions, and present a practical roadmap for improving activation.
✅ You’ll leave with clarity, a prioritized action plan, and next steps tailored to your SaaS.

👉 What You’ll Actually Get:
A complete Activation Gap Report (written + scored).
A strategy call to walk through findings.
Clear next steps you can act on immediately.
👉 What This Isn’t:
I won’t rebuild your onboarding or code changes for you in these 7 days.
Think of this sprint as a deep diagnostic and roadmap—the foundation for growth, not the final build.
⚡ By the end of the week, you’ll have a founder's-eye view of your onboarding leaks and a clear plan to turn more sign-ups into activated, paying customers.
If this sounds like the clarity your SaaS needs, you can secure your spot in the founding case study program by booking a call with me today here.
What's Not Covered In The 7 Day SaaS Activation Sprint:
I want to be upfront about what this sprint is—and what it isn’t. The goal here is clarity, not overpromising.
Here’s what’s not included:
❌ No engineering or design changes – I won’t be rewriting code, redesigning UI, or implementing fixes.
❌ No long-term engagement – this is a 7-day diagnostic sprint, not an ongoing consulting agreement.
❌ No full-funnel marketing build – while I’ll look at your pre-sign-up funnel, I won’t be creating ads, campaigns, or landing pages.
❌ No product rebuild – if your SaaS needs deep product changes beyond onboarding, that’s outside the sprint’s scope.
Instead, think of this as a founder’s health check for your activation funnel: I’ll diagnose the leaks, show you where you’re losing revenue, and give you the roadmap to fix it. Execution is either on your team, or we can explore working together beyond the sprint if it makes sense.
👉 This way, expectations are crystal clear: you get insights, clarity, and a roadmap—not a magic rebuild.
What Results You Can Expect in 7 Days
By the end of the sprint, you’ll walk away with more than just observations—you’ll have a clear, actionable roadmap tailored to your SaaS.
Here’s exactly what you can expect:
✅ A full Activation Gap Report – a written, scored breakdown of your onboarding journey, showing where users drop off and why.
✅ Quantified revenue impact – estimates of how much money you’re leaving on the table due to leaks in activation and conversion.
✅ Clarity on your “aha moment” – insights into whether users are actually reaching that key milestone or falling short.
✅ A prioritized roadmap – concrete next steps to fix leaks and improve activation, in order of highest impact.
✅ A 1:1 strategy call – where I’ll walk you through the findings, answer your questions, and align on next moves.
In short: you’ll know exactly where you’re losing users, what it’s costing you, and how to fix it.

Beyond the 7 Days
This sprint is designed as a standalone diagnostic, but it’s also the starting point for bigger conversations. Some founders take the roadmap and run with it internally. Others continue working with me to implement changes, test improvements, and scale retention.
Either way, the goal is the same: give you clarity and control over your activation funnel.
👉 You’ll finish the sprint knowing exactly what’s working, what isn’t, and what to do next—and you won’t be guessing anymore.
Who This Sprint Is For (and Who It’s Not For)
The 7-Day SaaS Activation Sprint is designed for founders who already have momentum and want to unlock the next level of growth.
✅ It’s for you if:
You’ve already achieved product-market fit and have paying customers.
You have an onboarding process in place (even if it’s not perfect).
You’re tracking basic user metrics—activation, retention, churn, or revenue (doesn’t have to be fancy, but there needs to be data).
You’re serious about optimizing for growth rather than just experimenting.
You value speed, clarity, and actionable insights you can implement right away.
❌ It’s not for you if:
You’re still pre-launch or searching for product-market fit.
You don’t have an onboarding flow yet (this sprint refines, it doesn’t build from scratch).
You can’t commit to implementing changes or don’t have the resources to act on the findings.
You’re looking for a “quick hack” instead of a strategic, lasting improvement.
👉 In short: this sprint is for established SaaS companies who are ready to double down on growth, not early-stage experiments.
If that sounds like you, you’ll get massive clarity on what’s working, what’s broken, and where the biggest revenue opportunities are hiding. Book your free strategy call with us here.
Join the Founding Case Study Program (Limited Spots)

The full 7-Day Sprint at no cost to you.
Priority access to my insights and playbooks.
The opportunity to become one of the flagship case studies I highlight publicly.
In return, all I ask is your commitment: that you’ll be ready to act on the roadmap we create, track the changes, and share the impact openly as part of the case study.
